About the Role
We have an exciting 2 year fixed term opportunity for an Experienced Finance Administrator to join our team based at our Ballarat, Victoria site.
This position will play a critical role to provide project management support for a $220M flour mill in Ballarat, Victoria.

• Provide financial management for a large-scale capital project, managing variations and ensuring adherence to budget constraints
• Develop, document and implement financial and project controls
• Utilize SAP system for vendor creation, purchase orders and invoice management
• Reconcile vendor payments to contracts, including cash flow management
• Oversee treasury operations involving significant amounts of foreign currencies
• Financial review of contracts from construction phase to close out
• Communicate reporting and relevant information accurately with all levels of stakeholders
• Generate monthly reports to provide visibility on project spend vs budget and forecast, and identify any risks
• Excel reporting to analyse data, and support decision-making processes
  About you
  As a self-motivated and proactive Finance professional, you will have proven experience managing large-scale capital projects, and familiar or comfortable with managing large amounts of foreign currencies in treasury.
