Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Take on a new challenge and apply your Finance management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Project Finance Manager and work alongside a diverse group of Colleagues that support our Rolling Stock Manufacturing and Maintenance/Service businesses.
You’ll play a critical role in partnering with our Project leadership team to provide strategic and operational finance support. You will be based at our Bellevue (Manufacturing) facility initially. However, you will be required to spend time at our Nowergup (Maintenance) facility occasionally, with the view to increase your presence there as more vehicles transition from manufacturing to service.
We’ll look to you for:
- Providing detailed analysis, oversight and advice on all matters relating to Finance.
- Industrial controlling for both operations.
- Local content management for the manufacturing.
- Partnering with sub-system managers to conduct work package reviews.
- Managing monthly project reviews, budgeting and forecasting for the Nowergup maintenance operation.
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the proven ability to influence at all levels.
- Commercially astute with the demonstrated ability to deliver as a ‘Finance Business Partner’.
