Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Take on a new challenge and apply your Finance management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Rolling Stock & Services Finance Director and work alongside a diverse group of Colleagues that support our Rolling Stock Manufacturing business.
You’ll play a critical role in partnering with our Project leadership team to provide strategic and operational finance support. You will be based at our QLD Head office in Milton and may be required to travel to site from time to time.
We’ll look to you for:
- Providing detailed analysis, oversight and advice on all matters relating to Finance.
- Managing monthly project reviews, budgeting and forecasting.
- Industrial controlling for operations.
- Challenging financial information throughout project process.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, especially for tax and statutory accounts purposes.
- Supporting the Project Leadership and Commercial teams in contractual matters.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the proven ability to influence at all levels.
- Commercially astute with the demonstrated ability to deliver as a ‘Finance Business Partner’.
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within Rolling Stock Manufacturing or similar industry.
- Experience using SAP and advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance/Commerce
