Ideally, you have previous experience in the finance department, preferably within a start-up environment. You have a strong understanding of accounting principles, are proficient in financial and CRM systems, and have solid knowledge of Excel. Your excellent communication skills will help bridge the gap between financial data and all teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure timely and efficient invoicing and payment collection through effective accounts receivable management.
• Enhance data quality to streamline invoicing and accounting processes.
• Implement cutting-edge tools to further optimize our processes.
• Prepare and maintain an up-to-date SaaS contract inventory.
• Collaborate with our tax office to facilitate seamless monthly and annual financial closings.
• Prepare and analyze accounting and customer data for budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
