Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions between the general ledger and sub ledgers, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with various stakeholder across Resolution Life Finance and Customers teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process promptly and efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review existing reconciliation processes, identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement, and propose streamlined solutions to enhance accuracy and productivity.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with the Finance System Accounting Team and IT to design, test, and implement improvements
