Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Finance Systems Analyst specialising in Financial Accounting & Reporting to join us. The perfect fit has an understanding of financial systems and boasts strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in financial accounting and a willingness to learn. The role will collaborate closely with finance and various teams to optimise processes, ensure data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Maintain data integrity and master data within financial systems.
  • Overseeing the administration of finance systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues with stakeholders, providing timely resolutions.
  • Develop data input forms and Excel-based reports.
  • Provide training and support to finance users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Prepare financial information for monthly reporting and Board packs.
  • Assist with external audit requests.
  • Support monthly financial activities and bank reporting.
  • Assist with preparation of taxation related returns.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and provide stakeholder insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to financial systems and reporting.
