Salary for this role is €70,000 - €73,000 DOE plus benefits, unlimited annual leave, 10% bonus and two days per week in the office. Due to huge growth also there is excellent opportunities for this role to be made permanent. This role would suit with a Big 4 background and excellent Internal Audit or controls experience. This role would suit someone with excellent Internal Controls, Audit or Finance Analyst background and there will be excellent permanent opportunties.
A well known multinational with an office in Dublin is looking to hire a Finance Business Analyst for an initial 12 month FTC to support the establishment of a Capability Centre in India as part of a global business transformation project. The Capability Centre is a new initiative to establish a shared service centre in India that will provide efficient and effective support to the global operations.
In this role, you will develop streamlined Finance processes for an expanding Finance operation and support the transition of activities to the Capability Centre. You will need to have experience in Finance business analysis, project support, or related roles. You will also be a qualified accountant familiar with end to end Finance processes and systems, and knowledge of project management tools and techniques. KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE FINANCE TRANSITION ANALYST

• Proven experience in Finance business analysis, project support, or related roles
• Accountancy qualifcation
• Familiarity with project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience with managing and collaborating with cross functional and diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Experience in a global organisation working across timezones and cultures
• Excellent academic record with degree in Finance, Business, or related field
