We are looking for a Working Student / Part time Worker (f/m/x) to join us part-time (20 hours per week) and support our team in Berlin, Germany.

• Support the accounting team with the purchasing process, report preparation and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide daily assistance throughout the purchase process within the Procurify tool, facilitating communication with stakeholders such as requesters and approvers.
• Prepare release forms data to ensure suitability for payments.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reports.

This is what you will need to succeed:

• A combination of technical skills, personal qualities, and a strong work ethic is required for this position.
• Good understanding of data and confident handling of Excel formulas (Pivot, VLOOKUP etc)
• Attentive to detail, self-driven and the skill to work independent with a responsible attitude
