We are looking for a Financial Accountant (gn*) for a permanent position in part-time (20 hours).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed commercial training or a dual degree
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting or tax consulting
• Good to very good knowledge of DATEV, ideally experience with cost centers
• High affinity for numbers and enjoy working with numbers
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Very good written and spoken communication skills (in German and English)
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, strong service orientation and self-motivation

• Operational implementation of bookkeeping (payment transactions, bank bookings, account clarification …)
• Processing of incoming invoices and responsibility for the smooth invoice verification process (ELO) through to payment
• Preparation of statistics and various evaluations
• Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Representation of the general ledger (accounts payable, bank postings, payment transactions)
