Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the financial compliance, cash flow, funds and tax management, debtors, creditors, fixed assets and other administrative aspects of the Company’s operations and supporting the administrative, accounting and financial planning of the Company.
Main duties:
- Tax preparation and lodgment: BAS (GST), FBT, Payroll Tax, PAYG
- Accounts payable and receivables support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash forecasting
- Month end accruals and journals
- Payroll journals and labour reporting
- Fixed asset and capex maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly P&L and balance sheet analysis
