THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ Years PQE in an accounts function, preferably (but not essential) from the service, retail or hospitality industries.
• Have an accounting qualification or be part-qualified with good experience.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to work within a team adhere to deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance function of several mixed retail outlets from a head office

location. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Finance role.
• Have responsibility for accurate accounting records & provide weekly and monthly financial reports for the outlets.
• Maintain a rigorous financial control & reporting environment.
• Work with retail software partners to ensure accurate management information.
• Work in conjunction with the General Manager & Group Financial Controller.
• Monthly review of the balance sheet, ensuring reconciliations are performed and ensure that all balances are understood and justified.
• Assist in Audit Preparation and Reviews.
• Assist in Budget Preparation and Reviews.
