- 6 month opportunity with a growing property developer
A property developer is experiencing a phase of accelerated growth and is looking for additional resources. They have a portfolio covering retail, industrial and residential and have several acquisitions in the works. This developer is known for its vibrant and high performance work environment.
This is a 6-month temporary role to assist with the yearend. As the Financial Accountant you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements
- Month end reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash flow management
- Statutory reporting and compliance
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Ad hoc projects and process improvements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be CA/CPA qualified or hold an equivalent qualification and have at least 3-5 years’ experience within either a leading chartered firm or blue-chip corporation. You will also have strong accounting foundations, intermediate Excel skills, be a team leader and looking to progress your career.
