• Process and execute financial administration: accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, inventory, reconcile balance sheet accounts, etc.
• Process incoming invoices ensuring compliance with company policies
• Monitoring the timelines, accuracy and completeness of the financial administration
• Supporting the monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
• Participating in other ad-hoc projects and analyses to support the finance department
