Description:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts to full trial balance stage
- Collect and analyse data across each division in each territory, which is then used in the preparation of monthly reports
- Bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll and debtor/ creditor reconciliations
- Prepare KPI Reports
- Prepare audit file at year end and statutory accounts
- Assist Head of Finance in the annual budget and forecasting process
- Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
- Managing and training staff when necessary
