Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the fixed assets register.
- Assist with the completion of month end reporting including reconciliations, journal entries and creation of supporting working papers.
- Adhering to IFRS and all other policies and procedures.
- Processing wage journals in a timely manner.
- Assisting the team with the preparation and related reporting and reconciling requirements of the monthly Business Activity Statement.
- Reviewing the P&L and adding commentary where necessary.
- Processing of accruals and prepayments in a timely manner.
- Reviewing, coding and approval of invoices.
