Financial Accounting Manager

We are recruiting for a Financial Accounting Manager to join us here at Octavius.
This is a hybrid role, based in our Head Office in Reigate 2 days/week.
We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
Your role and responsibilities…
You’ll be working on ensuring the production of accurate financial information for Octavius’ subsidiaries, providing support for finance-related systems improvements, aiding audits and financial reporting, and enhancing financial control and documentation.

You’ll bring…

• Excellent knowledge of FRS102 or IFRS,
• A strong understanding of ERP systems,
• Good working knowledge of UK Corporation Tax,
• General knowledge of construction, infrastructure services or related sectors,
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Excel. #
• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent qualification/relevant experience),
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent qualification/relevant experience) is desirable.
