For our Sales and Service Company in Romania we are seeking a dynamic Financial Accounting Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves to participate in diverse projects.

As Financial Accounting Specialist you …

• Handle accounting entries in SAP including provisions and accruals and the recording of incoming invoices in SAP
• Manage monthly VAT returns, SAF-T reporting and E-invoicing while actively participating in taxation-related projects.
• Implement new local legal requirements and participate in cross-regional projects
• Lead local financial & statutory audits
• Collaborate with external accountants for fiscal result calculation and taxes and you are leading the year end closing process
• Connect with our teams in Vienna and Poland for document and invoice management, monitor overdue, issue account statements and follow up on dunning processes

You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have …

• Commercial education and expertise in financial and accounting knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance in a complex international environment
• Proficient use of MS Office; SAP competences are highly desirable
• Strong social competencies and ability to collaborate effectively in a team
• Deep understanding of business processes and relationships and capable to navigate in complex work environments
• Independent and precise in task execution with flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
