Our client is a distributor of advanced medical devices and they are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Financial or admin related tertiary qualification will be beneficial

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Financial background/experience
  • Computer literate: MS Office and Pastel experience will be an advantage
  • Must be a go getter, show initiative and interest
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

  • Office administration
  • General personal assistant duties for the office staff
  • Assisting with Bookkeeping, Operations and Marketing
  • Banking
  • Invoicing
  • Quotes
  • Reconciliations
  • Any other relevant duties as and when required
