Description:

Works directly with the office of Budget and Operations of the College of Arts, Sciences & Education (CASE), Dean’s office. Generates reports and analyzes data on a daily basis to monitor activity cash balances and budgets. Reconciles credit card charges generated for the College’s self-supporting initiatives. Assists the Director and Manager in reviewing selfsupporting/ market rate program payroll allocations each semester for accuracy.

  • Generates and analyzes data on a daily basis to monitor auxiliary activity cash balances and budgets. Submits budget amendments & journals for approval by the Director of Auxiliary Budgets & Space.
  • Assists in the auxiliary budget preparation for the College by running financial queries and on-demand reports.
  • Reconciles credit card charges generated for the College’s self-supporting initiatives and applies transaction fees as per the College’s guidelines.
  • Assists the Director and Manager in reviewing self-supporting/market rate program payroll allocations each semester for accuracy, submits payroll transfers.
  • Assists the Director by submitting journal entries in the system to generate record payments made by participants in the College’s self-supporting workshops, summer camps, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one (1) years of relevant experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in Higher Education.
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel).
