SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation of a variety of financial reports including daily, weekly, and periodic reports to Senior Management and other parts of the business. Creates and maintains computerized financial models for the reporting purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College diploma or University studies in finance/accounting and/or currently working towards an Accounting designation
- 3 – 5 years related work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent business writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong financial math and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate and efficient financial models for reporting purposes.
- Maintenance, modification, and preparation of daily, weekly, and period end reports to Senior and Operational management.
- Maintain TM1 database through loading daily and weekly through BW, BDMS, and SAP.
- Liaise with other Departments to obtain related data and maintain business relationships.
- Ensure processes and procedures comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and commitments consistent with IFRS.
- Take part in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Analyze Sales (BW/BDMS) entries and request corrections if needed.
