Description:
FINANCIAL ANALYST
One Clients, one of Ireland’s leading Professional Practices based in Dublin City Centre, are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing various elements of project accounting and financial accounting. This role will be office based for a minimum of 4 days a week
The Role:
- Project Accounting
- Issuing monthly sales invoices for a number of director groups
- Issuing statements and chasing debtors
- Debtor reporting by client group
- Ensuring all timesheets within the director group are kept up to date
- Managing any Sub Consultants on projects
- Managing the project billing forecast within the costing system
- Assistance with resource plans and project costing
- Accrued and deferred income calculations on a quarterly basis
- Financial Accounting
- VAT returns – bi-monthly return for all companies
- VIES/RTD returns
- Monthly withholding tax reconciliations
- Capital expenditure analysis and HR & IT spend budgeting and review
- Assistance with monthly management accounts
- Accounts Payable cover
- Managing credit cards
- Ad-hoc duties as required
