Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Continuing Healthcare finance team on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The individual will be a strong team player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working within the Management Accounting Finance Team, providing professional assistance and financial advice and support to managers, and undertakes investigation into a wide range of financial variances and analysis, supporting the recommending of corrective action to senior finance staff as necessary.

The role will entail providing Management Accounts support by providing timely and accurate financial information and advice to support the Finance function at BCUHB as a whole and the Continuing Healthcare Team.
The successful post holder will be working towards AAT or will have equivalent experience/qualification. The Finance Department is committed to personal development and training.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
