SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst must be detail-oriented and strategically minded. The Financial Analyst responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for providing department personnel with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree
Specialty/Major- Finance, Accounting, or related field

MINIMUM YEARS AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting (Required)
  • Healthcare related experience (Preferred)
    Combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree.

OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience. (Required)
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools), OnBase, Workday, Kronos, LaborLytics or other labor systems, Strata or other capital management programs. (Preferred)
