We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr Financial Analyst in North Reading, Massachusetts.

Analyze business and financial data to extract valuable insights.
Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with organizational leaders to create financial plans and reports.
Stay abreast of industry trends and provide recommendations based on insightful analysis.
Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation to optimize resource allocation.

Drive efficiency by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools.

• Proficiency in Power BI
• Entry level experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at one time
