HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or another business discipline)
- 1-2 years of financial analysis and reporting experience
- Experience with Netsuite, SalesForce, Workday, Adaptive Planning, or other comparable software/technologies
- Strong business partnering skills and prior exposure to business strategy, processes, and financial objectives
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth company
- Bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
- Must be fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the FP&A organization reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A with a dotted line to a Sr. Manager of FP&A
- Assist in the analysis and forecasting of R&D or Global Customer Organization expenses
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to highlight trends and identify areas of investment and growth
- Partner with department leaders to solve budget constraints and identify opportunities to scale the organization
- Design and/or maintain and deliver financial reporting to provide accurate insight into expense results, including the preparation of executive and/or Board level presentations
- Manage headcount approvals to ensure new hiring is supported by the annual plan and current forecast
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
