Well, this may be the role for you.
As a Financial Analyst – FP&A, you will drive and execute the forecasting, planning and analytical support for ADP’s National Account Services (NAS) business unit.
You will understand and monitor business expense, keeping business leaders in line with plan expectations. You will identify and manage financial and operational KPIs by product and enable an environment where key performance indicators drive business decisions. Additionally, you will assist with variance research during the monthly close process.
The day to day of this role will depend on which part of the financial life cycle we are in. While the day to day may shift, common to all these activities is one thing: becoming the subject matter expert for your business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to dive-deep and take complete ownership of complex projects and handle competing priorities.
  • Ability to think critically and work within set guidelines, but also able to work within the “gray area” when historical trends do not produce reasonable results or projections.
  • Self-starter who possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity and has a passion for continuous process improvement.
  • You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
