Job Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making. They will partner with the business and act as the point person in understanding the business’s drivers and leading a culture of accountability for results. This role ensures the integrity of various reports, focusing on completeness, accuracy, and timeliness and adding value to the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly expense and capital analysis; and report on variances against plan, forecast and last year
Perform a variety of financial analysis by using standard financial models
Possess a solid understanding of financial fundamentals
Support the financial budgeting and forecasting processes
Contribute to monthly and quarterly executive management reports
Prepare ad hoc financial analysis
Assist in developing and implementing opportunities to improve and streamline business processes
Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them

Works collaboratively and constructively with team and cross-functional partners
Has the ability to see how their work responsibilities integrate with the total organization
