Financial Analyst:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the General Mills team and are expected to contribute your ideas and suggestions from day one.
You’ll discover a broad range of opportunities in Finance across the organization. You’ll work with the industry’s most successful brand names. As a Financial Analyst, you will be a member of a team tasked with building business partnerships and leveraging your financial acumen to drive business results. Financial Analyst Responsibilities
You will work closely with your assigned business partners to help deliver organizational goals by executing the following activities:
- Apply financial acumen and technical understanding to provide insights on profitability, P&L management & growth drivers
- Analyze performance results and strategies to present to various levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Conduct financial and business analysis to generate insights that influence cross-functional decision-making and shareholder value
- Leverage data and information systems to forecast performance and articulate key drivers of change
- Lead and execute effective and efficient financial processes

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
