We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), this role will play a crucial part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis activities, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial results analysis.
  • Support regular financial and key performance indicator reviews with company leadership.
  • Develop and enhance financial, performance, and analytical models and dashboards. Delivers automation where possible to reporting and dashboards.
  • Provide timely and meaningful insights on business performance to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Assess risks and opportunities versus company targets and contribute to strategies to maximize financial opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in the monthly consolidation and reporting of financial statements to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the accounting team to analyze financial activity and improve accuracy and completeness of financial information and reporting.
  • Contribute to Finance/Accounting team optimization efforts and assist in building a best-in-class FP&A organization.
  • Support strategic and long-term planning processes.
  • Develop and expand financial and operational reporting tools.
  • Prepare special purpose and ad hoc analyses as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This is a remote working position with occasional travel to our main office at 100 Global View Drive, Suite 200 Warrendale, PA 15086

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Power Query and Power Pivot experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A driven and pro-active self-starter who is highly organized and has the ability to multitask, meet strict deadlines and work independently.
  • Familiarity with accounting and FP&A software; Salesforce/Certinia is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.

The target annual base compensation range for this position starts at $60,000 and increases based upon relevant qualifications. This position is also eligible for bonus pay.
