JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of work papers and analyses to report practice operations, review performance benchmarks and assists in business forecasting.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field as required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Two years of progressive finance experience; preferably in a physician practice management or healthcare-related environment.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in the calculation of Physician Compensation consistent and compliant with contract language.
- Monitor physician employment agreements, contract provisions, update and revise systems and calculations as required.
- Assist and provide feedback to Operations, Finance, and Accounting in determining appropriate administration of agreements.
- Monitor and assist with implementation of and adherence to operational/contract changes.
- Assist in the identification of areas of concern for contract problems requiring intervention or resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, as well as interpretation and variance reporting.
- Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality to ensure that privileged and/or proprietary information is adequately safeguarded against disclosure.
- Perform other duties as required.
