We are looking for a Financial Analyst that lives our core values being Caring, Accountable, Responsive, Innovative and Community-minded. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting information for the Company. The successful applicant’s primary responsibility will be to maintain and audit all accounts and expenditures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end close procedures for accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct inter-company reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain lead sheets for key accounts.
  • Preparation and filing of tax compliance documents
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate variances and discrepancies.
  • Assist in financial analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS GP).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
