YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance. Qualified Accountant is preferred
  • Min. 2 - 5 years of working experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling, preferably from FMCG industry
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Supports controlling team in closing activities and provides in-depth analysis
  • Collaborates with Business, Marketing and Supply Chain team to support achievement of business strategy and financial KPIs
  • Determines root cause for performance deviations and areas of risk and opportunities
  • Proposes actions/ solutions to improve profitability and specific KPIs
  • Ensures correct application of internal compliance and external Financial Reporting guidelines
  • Involve in continuous process improvement and support Global and Regional rollout projects
  • Creates, uses and provides data via BI tools and support automation/ digitalization processes
