QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 2 years of Finance experience

    Compensation:
    Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $55.5K-60K. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will be responsible for analyses to support assessment of Article 28 facility financial needs and facilitate quantification and implementation of transformation plans associated with funding from State operating assistance programs and capital grant awards
  • The work with financially distressed facilities that typically have a 75- 80% Medicaid payer mix will include review of annual budgets received from providers to request financial assistance, and monitoring cash flow information provided to the Health Economics and Provider Assessment Division
  • This work will support efficient use of Medicaid dollars and identification and implementation of tactics to improve long term financial sustainability with the goal of reducing the level and need for State subsidy
