REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Finance preferred)
  • 2-3 years’ minimum experience with forecasting, budgeting, cost center management
  • High proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Power BI or similar business intelligence/analytical tool knowledge preferred
  • Ability to multitask in order to meet tight timelines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well in cross functional teams
  • Confident, self-starter who can multi-task, and think proactively.
  • Exhibits strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate and be flexible with hybrid working (office and remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare monthly forecast, causals and risks and opportunities for assigned cost centers
  • Budgeting and forecasting: lead annual budget as well as monthly forecast process and then monitor delivery of key financial targets through robust and regular performance reviews with business stakeholders, taking early action when deviations occur specific to Global DTC cost centers.
  • Communication out of all month end actual and forecast results to key stakeholders
  • Month end close activities (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and headcount analysis)
  • Work closely with commercial teams and the IT department to develop and maintain analytical dashboarding relevant to the direct-to-consumer business.
  • Provide project support to senior management
  • Be prepared to support other Regional ad hoc assignments as needed
