Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will be responsible for the overall Financial Planning and Analysis for CTD SG site. The Essential Duties and Responsibility include:
Asist in month end closing and manage financial analysis and reporting according to the timeline; Understand the business, support the strategical analysis and management report for site GM; Improve forecast modeling, breakdown the details and explain the effective drivers and root causes; Lead in country AOP process, support various functions (e.g. Operations, Quality, Client Services etc.) in cost planning and budget control; Participate in Global / Division projects (e.g. ERP system implementation, new tool / reporting development etc.); Provide analysis and develop Authorization Requests to support capital investment decisions; Other ad hoc projects / activities as required by CTD or SEATW.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION:
- Degree holder with a recognized accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in multinational companies, at least 3 years Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- Solid team player with good interpersonal, management and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in healthcare business is a plus
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive and adaptable
