Description:

Lineage is currently searching for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. Ideal candidates possess in-depth experience in finance, accounting or economics combined with strong technical skills, natural curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You will partner closely with IT Finance leadership and VPs of IT in North America, Europe, UK and APAC regions to support the monthly financial management and forecasting. This primary focus of this role will be driving financial processes and financial management for IT Transformation. Providing secondary support for IT Run Time Operations. As Lineage continues to invest into technology, you will be supporting strategy to gain efficiencies in a $300M+ global portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of progressive financial experience
  • Strong accounting background in technology space preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects), Workday and Adaptive Insights experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining relationships across an organization at all levels, including C-Suite/Executive staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships based on mutual trust and respect with operating leaders at all levels.
  • Drive financial results via data analysis, including key trends, variance analysis and development of financial models for decision support.
  • Support annual multi-year strategic plan and business plan processes for the portfolio, including year-over-year analysis of departmental global P&Ls.
  • Support monthly departmental reporting and forecast processes including variance analysis and explanations.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of business units/Functions within Lineage Logistics to collaborate on financial analyses and derive strategic conclusions.
  • Conduct market research, data mining and business intelligence ad-hoc projects.
  • Support merger and acquisition analysis and integration as necessary.
  • Prepare analysis to support various executive-level financial presentations and deliverables.
  • Drive overall business analysis as well as understand and action key performance indicators, including non-financial metrics.
