Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a vital member of our dynamic commercial business development team based in our Alexandria Sydney office, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering compelling tender responses, quotations, and business proposals. Providing financial analysis and input in the initial pre-qualification phase to the final post-submission activities, you’ll guide these critical projects through their entire life cycle, contributing to continued success and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE

  • Evaluate tender requirements and complete tender submissions within the required time-frame and in line with company standards and protocols
  • Financial modeling and pricing analysis for tender submissions
  • Client interaction with relevant bid proposals and tenders
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Asset Ownership and Management organisations
  • Ensure compliance to tender administration processes that have been established
  • Attend weekly Work In Progress meetings and project strategy review meetings as directed.
