The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Financial Analyst MedSurg EMEA, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Completion of weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reporting, prepare accurate financial analysis articulating results to Leadership Team both on a regular basis and on an ad-hoc basis
  • Partner with key business stakeholders and proactively provide value-added analysis/financial support
  • Proactive interactions with business stakeholders to understand the business model, current market dynamics and operations to make recommendations to achieve established action plans in a timely manner
  • Completion of weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reporting, prepare accurate financial analysis articulating results to Leadership Team on a regular basis
  • Ensuring that financial reporting is successfully achieved through the utmost compliant and ethical means

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role, Solventum requires at a minimum the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in business administration, economics, engineering, finance accounting, or other business and/or finance discipline from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years in finance or finance related experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Solid business knowledge and acumen as well as strategic thinking mindset
  • Strong financial acumen – ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms
  • Analytical skills to process large amounts of information to drive decision making, Computer skills to analyze, identify trends, establish forecasts
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solving – ability to work with diverse functional teams
  • Decision-making skills to provide high-value recommendations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Travel: Occasionally up to 10%
