Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) in Berkley, Missouri, who will report to the F/A-18 Senior Manager. This teammate will be responsible for the financial execution of a high-volume development program. In this role, you will partner across functions to identify, implement, and contribute to the overall success of financial performance of the F/A-18 program. This teammate will engage with and present to key United States Navy customers and Fighters Program leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, or Financial Planning
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • 3+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Estimates of Completion (EACs), forecasting, resource planning, and cost management process & tools
  • 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint and presentations
  • 6+ years of experience with one or more of the following financial systems: Cognos, Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Analysis System (EAS), Cost Schedule Performance Reporting (CSPR), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS),
  • 6+ years of experience leading projects with little direct supervision and drive project to completion
