Description:

Performance Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of the company’s financial performance, as well as product and customer-specific reporting across all segments, VA, Acute and OPR. In addition to working with the segments, the financial analyst will also work with our Capital Team to provide financial analysis and insight to the business. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, is a critical thinker and has a strong excel background. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupports North America Direct Leadership Team with necessary reporting and financial analysis to help make better decisions and to identify potential areas for growth.Works closely with the National Accounts team to provide insightful reporting and assistance with RFPs, local agreements and all contract maintenance (item add, change, delete forms for GPO’s & VA) Analyzes sales data as requested by management using various reporting toolsProvides analytical support, including but not limited to, profitability analysis, business reviews presentations and other sales or marketing analysis.Works independently and cross functionally to provide detailed, accurate, and timely reportingDocumentation of all reporting processes Customized business reviews for all GPO’s, Top OPR Chains and Top 125 IDN’s.Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field1-3 years of financial analysis experience Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detailStrong Analytical skills Experience developing reports in multiple environments Understanding of business process as well as financial reporting and analysisBenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 plus benefits.
