SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Tertiary degree (accounting/finance), and CA/CPA qualification
• Previous experience in a product-based organisation is advantageous (retail, FMCG, wholesale, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Process driven and detailed focus individual

Sitting in a high performing FP&A team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

• Supporting the month end close process and interpretation of results
• Partnering with attributed cost centres, and supporting them in achieving their KPI
• Preparing suite of financial reports to support commercial decision (sales figures, margin, pricing, volume, etc.)
• Driving successful commercial outcomes by identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Supporting the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes
• Providing analysis on variances between budget and actual results
• Supporting continuous improvement of the finance processes and BI systems
