  As a Financial Analyst at Qscan Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving analysis and providing strategic insights to support the growth and operational effectiveness of our business. Reporting to the Finance Reporting Manager, you will develop comprehensive knowledge of key business drivers, analyse trends, and contribute to long-term forecasts. Your expertise will be integral in enhancing reporting capabilities, facilitating process improvements, and providing strategic model to support decision-making across the finance function and broader business.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modelling with large datasets, including strong experience with Power Query.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Background in Big 4 with 2+ years of corporate finance experience or experience in large M&A businesses
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of statutory and management reporting, including tax implications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, focusing on value-adding activities.
• CPA or CA qualification desirable but not mandatory.
