• Providing financial leadership for R&D management reporting companies in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands
• Lead monthly/Quarterly closing activities, Bravo submission for Actual and Budget cycle. CFIN closing packages and Bravo express activities and Tax one source submission.
• Liaison between JBS team & GS team, Tax planning and CTC team, PWC, GAA and JRD Finance team
• Lead and coordinate UK Statutory adjustment process and Internal/External audit requirements.
• Ensure that the principles and elements of the Credo, J&J business policies, Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory, GAAP, and Sarbanes Oxley are adhered to all aspects of the job responsibilities.
