Primary Purpose of the Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing proactive business and financial performance insights to support effective budget management. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing reporting systems, analysing financial data, and offering expert advice to enhance financial decision-making processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement reporting systems for efficient information provision.
  • Monitor feedback loops to ensure accurate data collection and timely analysis.
  • Analyse and report on financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct financial modeling to predict indicators of financial and business risks.
  • Provide proactive analysis to anticipate the need for interventions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve financial management issues and drive performance.

About you:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or accounting.
  • Membership with a professional body (e.g., Institute of Chartered Accountants).
