Description:
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Financial Analyst to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial principles. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning, and analysis.
As the Financial Analyst your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to:
Ownership of server files, including maintaining legal, corporate, and finance folders with precise organization, version control, and archiving
Calendar and meeting management for senior personnel, including taking meeting minutes as required
Tracking important dates and deadlines related to corporate transactions, ensuring project timelines are met
Managing a high volume of time-sensitive emails, prioritizing and responding as needed, and facilitating communication with external consultants
Maintaining corporate documentation and filings for multiple entities across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborating with external counsel on corporate filings and legal matters, including corporate transactions and agreements
Overseeing the end-to-end process for matter profiles, including data management, reporting, and litigation support
Reviewing and summarizing contracts, leases, and other legal documents, and assisting with legal bill processing
Conducting searches and compiling information using relevant databases for due diligence and financial reporting purposes
Facilitating real estate transactions, including title searches, document preparation, and coordination with involved parties
Financial analysis tasks including real estate proformas (both development and stabilized assets), budgets, cashflows, operating statements, financial statements, investor return profiles, equity requirements, debt covenant calculations, interest reconciliations, mortgage amortization tables, QS reporting, equity and debt structuring, capitalization tables, and sensitivity analysis
