Job Description
- Preparation of various weekly and monthly management reports which includes Weekly Order Intake, Weekly CSG report, Weekly MCI ROH report, Monthly Project contribution report, Monthly SOR, Monthly FTE variance report,
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation of Singapore legal entity revenue between SAP and Salesforce
- Support APAC new initiatives end-to-end process from preparing Business Charter to tracking actual financials.
- Support APAC in consolidation of 3 Year Plan and Annual Operating Plan
- Understand business issues, data and system challenges, and identify the root of business problems, strengths and weaknesses to create strong and rational cases for change
- Support APAC on various integration activities and processes
- Any other adhoc finance related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience for Senior Analyst
- Experience in SAP and ERP system is preferred
- Meticulous; an eye for detail
- Committed; responsible; conscious of timeline
- Highly analytical, with strong business acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as analytical focus.
- Innovative and unafraid to propose new measures
