Description:
- Support the Program Manager and Project Managers to manage the financial forecast and track spending across the program.
- Review the financial portfolio of the whole project team to drive financial management improvements
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
