Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial/Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will manage various financial and operational tasks within our financial institution, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic support across key areas.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, operations management, and regulatory compliance within the financial industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Daily Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, including investor onboarding, conducting due diligence on borrowers, launching deals, and settling repayments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance by preparing and submitting periodic compliance documents to regulatory bodies.Maintain an up-to-date compliance manual to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical Support for Fundraising Activities: Provide analytical support to facilitate fundraising activities at both company and group levels.Utilize financial expertise to optimize funding strategies and support decision-making processes.
  • Company Secretarial Works: Coordinate closely with external secretarial service providers to ensure the timely completion of annual secretarial tasks for all group subsidiaries.Maintain regulatory compliance and corporate governance standards through effective coordination and communication.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Compile and analyze business operating statistics from various subsidiaries to provide insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Other Administrative Tasks: Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling organizational needs.

ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE TASKS AND WORK EFFECTIVELY UNDER PRESSURE.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and financial software applications.
