With a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects and services, they are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team and support the Senior Finance Manager.
Role Overview: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical financial insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making within the organization. Working closely with the Senior Finance Manager, you will contribute to the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the property or construction industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
  • Big 4 Accounting background would be preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather financial data and insights.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to optimize financial performance.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
