• Managing account receivables, analyzing aging reports to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Credit Control review, analysis, and preparation of Credit committees.
• Monitoring and forecasting cash flow
• Monthly Preparation and Filing SOX Reports -Bank Reconciliation
• Provide timely and accurate information for management for budget review, financial forecast, and profitability studies.
• Prepare credit committees for regional finance manager in coordination with the countries in Europe region responsibility.
• Preparing and analyzing the bad debt accounts in the agencies, consolidating the data for HO reviews and meetings.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to HO on basic financial reporting.
• Monitoring and forecasting cash flow
• Working together with the finance team on site, analyzing performance of countries in the region in different finance matters not being limited to monthly reporting, material management, ISOX reporting etc.
• SOX Reports and Control on demand.
• Provide timely and accurate information for management for budget review and financial forecast.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, in specific basic understanding of Working Capital Management
• Proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) mandatory, Knowledge in BI Solutions (e. g. MS Power BI) will be an asset.
• Familiarity with accounting / reporting systems SAP,
• Fluent in Business English
• Strong analytical abilities, natural curiosity and problem-solving drive.
• Strong relationships by liaising with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
• Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
